Druk My Niet Wine Estate proudly releases C68 2021 Vintage. This Chenin blanc is sourced from two blocks of old vines in Paarl, planted in 1968 and 1962 on ancient decomposed granite and Malmsbury shale soils, thus producing unique flavours in the berries. The composition of these soils allow deep root penetration which ensures moderate canopy growth and modest yields. Harvesting our C68 takes place in the coolest part of the day and thereafter grapes are transported to cooling rooms before processing. Grapes are slowly sorted at bunch and berry level to ensure only perfect berries may reach the fermenters.
